Swapping road for rail

The FRIED-SPED GROUP seeks to move transportation from the road to the rail as much as possible. Our conviction that this is the right way forward is backed up by the following: Firstly, we maintain a company railway siding with ramp for heavy and bulk cargo (such as steel, ballast, building materials). Secondly, we transport over 100,000 t of cargo by rail annually, which is the equivalent of 5,000 semi-trailer loads. We believe that such steps will see the logistics and freighting sector meet the needs of tomorrow.
